March was an incredibly exciting month for us because it’s the month when we had an offer accepted on a house! We were officially going to purchase a duplex in Plymouth Township, where we could accomplish our goal of living on one side and renting out the other side. The closing was set for mid-April, and we started getting our ducks in a row by notifying our apartment complex that we would be moving out and getting our funds in order for closing. As added excitement, we also planned and paid for our honeymoon in Jamaica, which would immediately follow our wedding in August.
